Bis zur Lieferung alles ohne Beanstandung. Bei der Montage und dem Auspacken der verschiedenen Teile sind massive Schäden an der Ware festgestellt worden, die wahrscheinlich durch die Lieferung entstanden sind. Darüberhinaus sind bestellte Teile nicht geliefert worden. Der Kundenservice hat keinerlei Bereitschaft gezeigt im Sinne des Kunden zu agieren und eine kulante Lösung zu finden. Enttäuschend, da im Prinzip alles hätte gut werden können.

Ottima e seria azienda, rispetto delle tempistiche concordate, servizio clienti efficiente. Unica nota dolente è che prendendo il mobile color grigio alcune ante risultano già rigate e traspare il colore bianco sottostante, mentre ora il difetto risulta piccolo a tendere potrebbe portare ad avere tutte le ante molto segnate.

Erweiterung für den bestehenden Schrank passt perfekt.Wurde auch demontiert und am neuen Ort mit Erweiterung montiert.

Heel mooie kasten, prijs kwaliteit is prima in orde. Heel mooi ontwerp. Tijdens de montage wel wat punten die niet klopten maar dat was op te lossen. Als je geen ervaring hebt met kasten montage zou ik dit niet aanbevelen. Als je wel ervaring hebt is het een aanrader.

Das Design ist sehr ansprechend, aber es wirkt nicht raumbeherrschend. Die Maße des Schrankes und dessen Einrichtung lassen sich vielfach variieren.Sprachlich gibt es keine Verständigungsprobleme, da die zuständige und sehr freundliche Sachbearbeiterin sehr gut deutsch spricht. Die Abwicklung ist super zuverlässig.Bei uns wurde auf dem Transport ein Spiegel beschädigt. Die Ersatzlieferung erfolgte absolut unproblematisch.

Ich muss echt sagen, ich bin unfassbar begeistert von der Bestellung hin bis zu dem was wir erhalten haben an Ware . Maßgenau. Keine defekten Artikel dabei . Die Lieferung erfolgte sauber und termingerecht. Es gab auch keine Abstimmungsprobleme.Echt super absolute Empfehlung und kaufen würde ich auch erneut .

Nice furniture, the quality is great, especially for the price. The customer service is outstanding, they reply fast and have good instruction manuals or even videos. What I don't like is that the furniture is not delivered in the apartment. This would put me off in using them the next time I need a big order.

Ein ausgezeichneter Schrank, der sich problemlos mehrmals auf- und abbauen lässt, ohne Stabilität zu verlieren. Das Produkt ist sein Geld wert und lohnt sich sehr. Insgesamt sind wir mit Allem, von der Bestellung über die Lieferung bis zur Montage und Qualität des Schrankes sehr zufrieden!

We ordered 3 large closets and we love them! The sales process and customer service were made easy by Cristina Pavin - diligent, full of great suggestions and quick to respond. The goods were delivered on time and on the scheduled date. The cabinets look like they have always been part of the apartment and their colour matches perfectly the walls (we used Farrow & Ball colours). Impressive quality, highly recommended.

Je suis ravi de mon achat, commande facilitée par un échange direct par téléphone en langue française, délai de livraison respecté. Le rendu est superbe, la qualité semble très bonne, même si j'attendrais plus de temps d'utilisation pour en juger définitivement. Mon seul regret est une différence de longueur en fabrication par rapport à celle commandée (5 cm de moins sur une longueur de 476cm) non indiquée au moment de la prise de commande obligeant à commander un fileur afin de combler le vide sur les côtés. Mais je recommanderai très certainement.

The quality and finish of the wardrobes is excellent. I am particularly pleased with the colour that was matched to a F&B shade. There were a couple of damaged items upon receipt but the customer service team are very quick to reply and helpful. These parts are being remade now. Will definitely order again for any future requirements.

Site très sérieux. Marchandise de très bonne qualité même si les façades paraissent un peu fragiles, et marquent les rayures ou les frottements. Service commercial au top et facilement joignables. La livraison s’est bien effectuée avec la difficulté de ma rue ne pouvant faire circuler un camion 19t avec hayon

Der geplante Schrank wurde pünktlich zum vorgesehenen Termin geliefert (etwa 5 Wochen Lieferzeit), mit klaren Informationen inklusive Aufbauanleitung und Video vorab. Eine Frage zum Aufbau per email wurde innerhalb sehr kurzer Zeit beantwortet. Danach war der Aufbau problemlos. Der Schrank passt genau und sieht genau so aus, wie ich ihn mir vorgestellt habe. Den nächsten Schrank nach Maß würde ich wieder bei IDAW bestellen.
